Alterations

We are wanting to extend our living area, its currently in a L-shape, we would like to add approximately 3.5metre by 3.5metre making it square.' The outside of the house is mainly white brick going up the wall approximately 1.3metres, then windows. We are also wanting to place a ranch slider or bi-fold doors where the windows are. We would need a electrician to relocate the heat pump,put power points and lights in. A roofer maybe needed also, I'm not too sure if the builder or roofer does this part of the job.
