My downstairs bathroom is approximately 4.25 sqm. with a concrete floor slab. Concrete floor to be dished for drainage, . Lay supplied tiles for floor and shower Install new glass three sided or round free standing shower as supplied Tile walls in shower. Install supplied vanity and supplied toilet pan. Option to install exhaust fan through exterior wall with new wiring installed by electrician. Owner will strip out existing fittings and floor tiles.
