Prep for kitchen install & decking

We are planning a kitchen renovation. Have two windows and french doors we want to replace with double glazing as part of the kitchen fit out. One window and doors will fit into existing window frame but one above sink needs lowering by 100mm and widening. Will also need some jib work to tidy up after existing tiles and cabinetry removed. Also wanting our deck rebuilt. sinking in one section and want to remodel. That does not have to be done at same time as kitchen if work has to be staggered.
