Replace existing Shower

IMMEDIATE START required Plumber Required – to Replace Shower – Hastings , Hawkes Bay. We are looking for a plumber who can start immediately and finish ASAP to replace an existing corner shower, which is a 750 x 900 corner shower , with a new corner shower 750 x 1100. All plumbing ( mixer & Rose ) will be installed at the same wall location as existing The new shower is supplied by owner and consist of : 1. Corner Shower 750 x 1100 with Glass slider door See link ( below ) --- /product/milford- --- -corner-single-sliding-door-square-shower-in-chrome/ Note: new Shower , mixer & Rose are already onsite for the job. 2. Waste 3. Mixer 4. Slider Rose 5. Shower install kit – 3 x tubes SIKA showerbond & 1 x tube SIKA NG Sealant Milford --- Corner Single Sliding Door Square Shower in Chrome We need a plumber to: 1. Demolish existing Shower 2. Fix any dwangs with new only if needed ( PC sum to be supplied in quote ) . This is NOT expected to be needed. 3. Install new Batts in Wall if wet or damaged .. allow PC Sum for 1 x whole bag of batts and leave remainder of bag with owner. 4. Install new Wet wall gib ( or equivalent ) on 2 walls ( allow 750 , and , 1400 wide ) … allow PC sum for whole sheets of gib and leave remainder of new gib with owner. 5. Gib stop to paintable surface exposed Gib joins or corners 6. Install new waste in concrete floor and outlet to existing drain , directly behind shower, retaining outside flap at drain This may require chipping out existing concrete floor to move existing centre waste by 100 mm as new shower is longer. 7. Install Shower , drain , mixer , slider rose. 8. Seal Shower 9. Certify and warrant work 10. Take away and dispose of all rubbish We are after a best estimate , with an immediate start and finish. Viewing can be arranged with preferred installer after initial estimate provided.
