Kitchen cabinet refacing/painting/replacement?

Hi there, We are trying to find someone who can either paint or reface our existing kitchen cabinets and paneling. We also would like a new bench top as part of the work and the higher bar top lowered to make the bench bigger. Most of the cabinets are okay, just need painting but a few are slightly bulging at the bases and may need replacing.
