Hi, The Building Inspection Report for a property I am looking to buy have minor works that need to be fixed and I was hoping to get a quote asap. Carport: Facia boards show signs of rot and paint peel. House exterior: Facia boards and flashings. Baseboards need some repairs. Piles: One of the bearers has been packed up and needs tying down to the pile. Supertub: Supertub in laundry needs fixing to the wall. Please email me for the building inspection report.
