Bath/Toilet Repair

Hi, I’m after a builder/plumber to repair a water damage on my bathroom, toilet, and a corner of a room --- and my brother bought our first home recently and was going to replace the bathtub with a shower box. While removing bathtub we found significant damage to the flooring and noticed some mold inside the Jib. After we saw that, we had to pull out everything inside the bath to make sure there no further damage. We also found the nearby room has been affected as well also the toilet flooring. The list work we wish to do is 1. Redo damaged/whole flooring of bathroom/toilet 2. Replace a wood panel under the tap which is damage by waterflow 3. Finish bath walls- gib, plaster and paint 4. Replace a panel of GIB for the room if necessary. 5. Fit new Shower box with new fitting, vanity for bath and toilet 6. Vanity mirror box for bath 7. Fit a new toilet in bath 8. Vinyl flooring for bath and toilet We have very limited budget as this whole situation came out of nowhere. It will be very helpful if someone can take over the labour side of this job, as we have only one option to buy the materials from trade depot(you can choose the product If that’s better) using finance and also we got a $600 bunnings gift card if that helps.
