Pile and joist replacement

We have just bought a house in Hamilton, and a few issues popped up in the building report. There is active borer in the subfloor and alongside borer treatment, it was recommended we replace one pile and possibly one or more joists. We are after recommendations for exactly which/how many piles and joists need replacing, quotes for the recommended work and then someone to carry out this work. Also important to not that we will not have full access to the house until December 1st.
