Bathroom repair - carpentry & painting
Job description
Areas of the bathroom at our rental are getting damaged by water from the kids splashing in the bath. The work we require is as follows: - install shower rail and curtain to prevent further damage. - remove water logged wooden shelf beside the bath and repair and reseal the wall where it was. Potentially replace the shelf (To be confirmed once removed) - paint - undercoat and two colour-matched top coats - area where shelf was removed from AND the step into the shower (in the same room) - additional painting of bathroom area may be required (to be examined and discussed). We are overseas until November but work needs to be done as soon as possible. This means communication with us will be via photos and email and calls. We are very accessible so this shouldn't be an issue. Our tenants are a lovely young family who will be easy to deal with.
