Bathroom and Toilet Renovation

Hi there, we're looking for someone to come and have a look at our existing toilet and bathroom, to see what would need to be done to fix what looks like water damage. We think that it'll involve some structural work as it looks like the walls are a bit mouldy and damaged, and the floor is slightly spongy in places. We'd love to keep the toilet and bathroom separate if possible, but would be open to replacing the shower, flooring, vanity, etc if need be. This is unfortunately our only bathroom so we'd need to coordinate the timing of the work if they'll be out of action for an extended period of time. Thank you!
