This job was a disaster. Our handyman, Chris, could not speak English and used a translator app on his phone. It was clear that he had not done this kind of work before and the result was worse situation than before he came. The job entailed sanding and recoating. The coating used left bubbles and stained the wood very dark. An attempt was made by him to improve the finish but left a terrible mess that is still sticky a month later. We agreed that no fee should be paid.

However, we don't have expert experience with epoxy resin as a material. Its setting is affected by humidity and temperature. We are very sorry and willing to provide accessible solutions from professional epoxy resin companies. Our remedies are always open to you, even if you refuse them."
