Partial bathroom floor replacement

This bathroom last reno 1996 or thereabouts. Has a 18mm chipboard floor. We bought house in 2015. Over time the toilet seal has aged and leaked into the chipboard and the board has gone soft. Affected area needs to be cut out and replaced with marine ply. Part of the wall at the rear of toilet has been cut for inspection purposes but is not affected by leak. Vinyl was coved up wall. Affect area approx 2 x 2.5 mtrs. No hidden complications. Time frame should be timely. About a days work.
