Fixing bathrooms and new / repair of deck only between ---

Four jobs Fixing underfloor in bathroom one There has been a leak occurring over some time. Sorry picture not great. Builders report states that there is mould and rotten flooring under the basin in bathroom. We are wanting to get flooring replaced in this areas. Hoping that we only have to remove basin to do this as we will be getting a new basin (hopefully we can avoid removing the bath). We would remove the basin. Installation of new basin unit in bathroom one Once floor is fixed we would be wanting a new basin installed and plumbed in Possibly basin install in bathroom two Possible just a new basin installation in the second bathroom (sorry no pictures) we need to relook at this one once we have possession to confirm. New deck and replacing rotten boards Current deck of about 6 metres long and about 1 – 1.5 metres wide. With a square of concrete platform at the end of about 2-3 metres by about 2 metres that is falling away. I am wanting to consider a deck overtop of the concrete section or we may need to remove the concrete and then put a new section of deck (we could do removal before this if needed). Also some repairs of rotten parts of current decking. To complete this work there is a small window of time when we get possession of the property ( --- ) and will be renting it out (27th November). There is no access to the property current for quoting until the 6th, but obviously we are wanting the work completed prior to the 27th Nov.
