Bench island table renovation

Hi, I want my bench island table converted to dining table. In front there's a leg room of about 25 cm and at the back are cabinets. I want all the cabinets pulled out and replace it with a panel and achieve a legroom of at least 25 cm. Basically, the idea is the back and front should look the same. Please check the photos I have attached. I am happy to retain most of the structure. Only the back needs to be updated though I am open to any suggestions. The dimensions are: L: 160cm, W: 80 cm. Stone bench top. Hopefully, I have explained the job fully.
