We are planning to convert a garage into a rental studio. About 20 m2, brick walls, attached to the main house. Will need demolition works, new raised floor, new windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and more. Power and water will have to be brought from/connected to the main house. If you can't do it all, ideally looking for someone who can project manage, and coordinate with other tradies. So if you could send someone over to have a look at the project, discuss scope, price, plan of attack and dates, would be awesome. Cheers
