Remove wall, move back door location. Consent process

Hi Moving into a 1950s home on Morrinsville road in Hillcrest mid November and want to remove the wall between the dining room and the kitchen and install a second hand kitchen I have bought. In the photos it is the wall behind the oven and the wall to the right of the window. I am also looking at moving the back door to the side of the house. The wall will need consent and I am looking for someone who can work me through that process, remove the wall, move the door and help install the kitchen. Price guide is a total guess so will be looking at quotes. House is currently tenanted so will need to arrange for access. Thanks Barry
