In our backyard, we have a sleepout and workshoo attached to the garage. We would like to demolish the sleepout and workshop and replace it with a granny flat similar to the product of --- . It will be around 15m2. We need the following: Build the foundation for the pod. Connect to power outlet. Connect to wastewater. Connect to stormwater. Check the ground stability for foundation. Cover the wall between the workshop and garage.
