My Bathroom Reno

Remove ALL existing bathroom, replace all walls with hardi-glaze (to half way up) and paint the top half, paint ceiling install lino flooring. Install vanity, shower, toilet, handrails, taps, ceiling heat lamp / extractor fan unit, lighting over vanity (I will purchase these). Bathroom is approx 3metres by 2.5metres, fairly high ceiling.
