Livingroom Reno and Warm up 2

Basically we want to warm up our living room, and optimise its layout for sun and space. Remove the fire place, install a new window in its place. Insulated the walls (re line with new gib) Remove a south facing window frame, to create some new wall space (this will obviously require new weather boards) Retrofit our exiting joinery with double glassing (meeting with a consultant next week) Tidy up ceiling Create a shelter for entrance way. new lighting new Heat Pump
