Disconnect vanity and toilet reuse, disconnect existing shower glass panels 1 panel will be reinstalled by shower hardware on top of vinyl floor. Strip tiles off floor prep floor for vinyl, Composite wall cladding to height of existing tile panels. Reinstate toilet, vanity, New shower head and glass panel, New light fan ducted. Project organised and completed ASAP to minimise loss of toilet facilities. Prompt payment on completion of scoped works agreed. Owner do painting. Regards Stephen Rogers
