Hi, I want to take out the fireplace which has the hot water cylinder on the other side- and the wall they sit on so I can open up the kitchen lounge area. I also want to create a third bedroom- which is taking down its current dining room wall and extending it out. (I don't think this is load bearing because it already has an opening in the wall for retro sliding glass double doors. The house is in Westport. Not sure how easy this is going to be- regarding architects/engineers in Westport who aren't already busy but will give it a go.
