Bathroom reno

Hi, Looking for a LBP to renovate our small bathroom. We would like the whole bathroom gutted, to raise the ceiling to the previous height, to take out a half non load bearing wall & to make the door frame full size. We would then like a single vanity installed & fresh toilet in the same layout as now but where our shower over bath situation is we would like a walk in tiled shower with a free standing bath.
