Full bathroom renovation

Bathroom is fucked. Leaking from roof, water damage to walls and ceiling. Ceiling is about to fall down. Full bathroom renovation needed. Need urgent quote to take to the bank for remortgage loan. Have attached photos. Most likely need a full roof repair for the whole house. Piles of home are also questionable. Any guidance, help would be greatly appreciated.
