Hi, I have a good joiner making new sashes for my 100 year old bungalow (between 3 and 5 panes, depending on cost) Need someone to install them while sorting out any rot in frames. Would also like to check house for rotten weatherboards (there's definitely a couple) Bonus if you could paint prep and paint too!
