I need to install a kitchenette in the bottom of our house, this is in a narrow room about 2m wide by about 5m long, there is some pipes for plumbing in this room which are from the laundry on the other side of the wall. We need to install a door through this wall. We want this to be legal and do not know if resource conset is required and I think a fire wall is needed. The room has a concrete floor which will need lino and a proper ceiling as there are some exposed beams, this room is very small though. What is the estimated price ?
