I would like to have a bathroom legally added. Please do not apply if you want to skip this part. Currently, there is only a toilet. I need the room/wall extended, the door moved, bathroom with plumbing to be installed. I will also need advice on the best way to achieve this. I would also like to discuss the possibility to renovate the upstairs bathroom and toilet area. currently, it has a shower area, a Tub, a vanity, and a Toilet. I would like to install a bigger shower and replace all the others items. I would like to advise on how we could isolate the toilet so the toilet and bath are separated.
