bathroom renovation

a small bathroom that needs the bath with shower over it replaced as it has a hole in the bath photo 1 Black tape covering hole. May need to replace the floor which is currently tongue and groove with lino tiles covering them. Would need to put in new shower head and taps for the bath. Possibly line the whole room with seratone board. The walls of the bathroom are painted solid concrete. Rural property so on tank water with pump situated under the hatch in the bathroom floor.photo 3
