wall lengthened replace wall skirting and Scotia, floor and wall tiles

We have a cabinet maker starting his job. ETA for cabinets mid July. Now we require a good tradesman to lengthen a wall beside white ware and tub area. Also all laundry walls will require new skirting and Scotia.This room has a sloped ceiling ( as part of a 1920s built in porch ).Some gib will need a tidy up..TILES on Floor and tub areas and small toilet room floor also tiled
