Kitchen installation

Hello, I would like a builder to install a kitchen. Please see plans attached for details. I will have all the cabinets, benches etc. These will just need to be installed. Also a sink will need to be replaced which I will provide. I will remove the old current cabinets myself. I will also need an extractor fan installed. I have also attached photos of the old kitchen that will be replaced to provide you with context. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
