Bathroom renovation

We have recently bought a house in Pukekawa and it require some renovation. For what concern the bathroom, we have identified the style as well as the material and furniture we would like to have, and we will be providing them. We are open to suggestions on how to improve the design. There are two elements of the renovation (amenities replacement and new window installation) that may be reviewed based on budget. The house will be available for work and inspections from the 21st of January. Bathroom size: 2.67 x 2.67 metres Work required: • Remove existing tiles, shower, bath tub, tower rail and basin • Change plumbing location for basin, shower and toilette (see below plan) • Retile floor and one side wall • Install basin, toilette, bath tub and shower • Install extractor fan • Paint • Install new and wider window Material provided by us: • Vanity basin (w 1200 x h 445 x d 380) • Stand-alone bath tub (w 1,700 x h 580 x d 750) • Shower unit (w 1,200 x h 2,000 x d 900) • Toilette • Tiles (450 x 450) • Washable paint • Mirror (1200 x 800) • Window – We haven’t found a window yet and we are happy to discuss its specifications with you. Size will be around 2,550 w x 2,000 h. If you do not provide window installation is fine, but I assume that we will need to get the window job done first Questions: • Can you please provide timing and cost for the above? Can you also provide a high level break down of the costs? • Can you also provide a quote where bathroom amenities stay where they are, except for the basin? In this scenario we will just tile a different wall side (the one where bath tub and shower lay upon) • Can you also provide a quote without the window installation? • We would also like to have a quote without the removal of existing material • Do we need a building consent to carry on the above? If so, can you provide support?
