bathroom alteration

We are getting the lino done in our bathroom and the installers need the seratone wall sheets lifted off at the bottom so they can get the lino right up underneath as its coved under there. Not sure if sheets have to be fully removed or if somehow bottom or wherever can be lifted to do that. I need a quote for insurance so Im guessing a visit to the site will be need to see how much works is needed to get it done and we need it done asap once we have a quote and insurance accept it. The bathroom is approx 3 x 3 or 4m its not that big bathroom.
