Marae Redevelopment

We have a number of buildings in our Marae Complex that require renovation (Abulution block, x2 Wharenui, x2 Wharekai) All buildings need to be completed and brought up to current code. Ideally we would like a contractor who will complete all of the required work (plumbing, building, electrical, drainage, new septic tank). This is not a small job and we can provide a feasibility study, plans etc if required. We are looking for an estimate to have this work completed.
