Drafts / concept drawings for a bathroom and kitchen renovation.

I want drawings for my builder to renovate - 3 small rooms comprising separate shower, toilet and laundry - to be converted into one bathroom. This involves removing 3 small dividing walls and replacing with one. From the kitchen, a walk in pantry and linen cupboard to be built using some of the space gained by the above changes.
