Remove wall and have 1 room. Remove bathtub and place new toilet in that area if possible. Remove shower and place new shower in toilet area. A 2 wall sided wet room shower, walls in shower tiled to the ceiling and shower floor tiled. The walls to be tiled half way and the whole floor area. Vanity removed and new one placed near the shower or where the old shower used to be. Louvre window and door in toilet area to be removed and covered. Main entrance door to shower to be widened. Area approx. 2.5m x 2.5m .
