Small bathroom renovation (size of the room 2170mm*3165mm), including the following: - Remove old bath, vanity and shower - Take out built-in cupboard and replace by wall - Build jut-out (H 1000mm, L 2170mm, W 21mm) behind the new bath location and tile over it - Relocate and install new bath and vanity - Install new shower - Install lights - Tile floor Looking for an efficient builder/team capable of realizing those many little jobs within budget. Work is to begin September 19th. On site accommodation can be offered to keep travel costs down. Hardware etc to be purchased by owner.
