Crack on a resurfaced bath

There is a crack on my bath recently, which was resurfaced about 10 years ago. I put on a bandaid to prevent it spread further. However when i removed the bandaid to take a photo, the surrounding paint peeled off and revealed the original pink bath. I guess it won't cost too much to repair it, maybe $180 or so.
