These 2 blocks of 2 brick & decramastic roof rental units were built 50 years ago. Several barge and fascia boards are rotten and need to be replaced. All remaining and new boards will need to be repainted with at least 2 coats of paint. This means existing spouting will need to be taken down. It is accepted that some old spouting may not survive this process and may need to be replaced. A separate figure should be provided for this possibility. Electricity may need to be disconnected.
