I would like to remove the walls between my laundry, kitchen & lounges to create an open plan living area.
Due to the size and width of the rooms I believe we will require a portal frame and/or beams designed by a Structural Engineer where the walls are being removed for bracing & to support the heavy clay tile roof.
I have attached some images of the preliminary demo & proposed floor plan which has the minimum scope of works required, however depending on the cost, the scope may increase to include relining the walls & ceiling and/or remodel the kitchen which we can discuss.
I am happy to arrange architectural documentation & consent.

"The Team @ SB 2 Build were fantastic to work with from my first question of "is this a project we can afford" through to completion, communication was brilliant and we are very happy with the workmanship.

There was a slight delay in our end date, however this was unavoidable and i was was satisfied with the reason."
