Hello! This job involves taking units out of small existing kichen removing existing wall lining (plywood/hardboard) relining with something other than gib, and insulating as well. Benchtops will likely be replaced too, and splashback will need to be installed. Job may extend to replacing sliding door in back porch, and possible extra work relining laundry and bathroom too. This is not a high spec job but I need someone with good building and communication skills. Someone who can think outside the box, offering good advice and solutions, as well as liking older houses! Care will need to be taken of new vynal flooring. Plumbing and Electrical work already completed. This job is the result of a home handyman gone wrong! Work doesn't need to be done immediately, but I would like to confirm costs and know I've got somebody to do the work in the pipeline, hopefully in the spring but happy to wait for the right person!
