Help to renovate a 1890s bungalow

Our house is an old 80sq m 1890s bungalow. We plan to renovate it for as cheaply as possible. We would like do do most of the work ourselves but will need help to remove at least 2 structural internal walls (and check that they are in fact structural) and replace with load bearing beams. Perhaps also require help moving one non structural and building two internal walls if the budget allows. We will also need help to move the plumbing and electrics for the bathroom and kitchen as per the plans attached. There is very easy access to both.
