Bathroom spruce up (gut it really)

Small space off kitchen. Toilet semi separate behind slider. Want to be able to access toilet while shower in use. Currently shub and bath. Wana put shower over bath. Have more bench space around sink and look at putting new window in. Have added pic of now and an idea. Not sure I it'll work. Taking quotes till Tuesday arvo for late Feb early march work.
