10a Glenfinnan renovation

1. Fit double glazed window in bathroom, and re-do whole bathroom. Replace shower, bath, and basin (but keep the same layout -see photo of currrent bathroom attached). Overhaul separate toilet, next door to bathroom , and install double glazed window in toilet. 2. Remove part of internal wall between lounge and kitchen area (see photo. Part that has to go is framed in black). 3. Eventually, after all painting and carpet replacement, fit ceiling and insulation in single garage. 4. Install double glazed window, and double-glazed door in laundry area -see photo. 5. We take possession of the empty house on 1 March 2022, and would like work done as soon as possible after that date. Viewing possible around around 24 or 25th of Feb 2022.
