We bought our house about 18 months ago and the bathroom and toilet are in need of renovating, at present they're split into two rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. We're wanting to change this and have one room containing the toilet, bath and we'd ideally like a separate shower installed using the extra room removing the wall will create. A free standing bath would be something we'd love to have if we did have a separate shower fitted. The walls and ceiling will need all new plasterboards, there will be some tiling depending on layout, there's obviously some plumbing to do and some electrical work. The toilet needs turning 90 degrees. We'd want the floor tiling and new lighting fitting in the ceiling. The total measurement of both rooms combined are 2.7m x 2.4m. We want a heated towel rail and an extractor fan. I've included a rough plan of the rooms.
