Floor repair and shower removal and installation of new shower
Job description
Current shower wasn't sealed properly and now we have rotten floor boards at the base of the shower that need replacing. The current shower is small and the water currently comes out of a false wall. There is evidence of water coming out the main wall originally, probably moved when floor started to rot. We need someone to remove the old shower and replace damaged floorboards (and the false wall) and then install a new shower. We want a 90x120 shower installed. Remove current towel rack and have it extend that way from the corner. We just moved in and this is the first project we would like done.

We are very happy with all the work Alistair from Sunshine Lane Building did on our bathroom. He took care of all the work needed and organised great contractors (plumber, electrician and gib stopper) that we paid directly. He gave great advice and recommendations and this led us to getting a much better end result than what we were originally thinking. I highly recommend Sunshine Lane Building! Alistair and his team will be getting all my future building work!
