Repair and renovate our shower room (wet room)

We currently have a shower that leaks from the second floor, into our downstairs garage. We would like to rip up the tiles, check out the floorboards (replace and repair if required) and then fit a basic shower into the space. We would like this done ASAP as we only have the one shower in the house. Thanks for considering this job!
