Self-contained flat conversion - Ravensbourne

I wish to convert an existing garage with attached workshop to a self-contained detached flat with bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The garage is brick, with concrete floor, and will require re-roofing as part of the job. The workshop is attached to the exterior wall of the garage, and has a concrete floor approximately 0.3 metres lower than the garage. A doorway will be required in the brick wall to connect the two, however, there is an existing internal window that provides a place for this. Reticulated potable and wastewater will need to be extended from the main dwelling (about 20 metres). Electricity is already connected. Insulation and gib fixing, stopping as required once structural work complete.
