New wall/door

The nasty blue door in the pic needs to go as it is unusable and falling to bits. I want to replace it with a wall, containing a door and window, fully incorporated into the rest of the structure. Eventually I want to re-do the exterior cladding with PVC Hardy board, so that will need to be taken into consideration. Looking for quotes/estimates at this stage, although the job will need to be done within the next couple of months ideally.
