Master Ensuite

This is a conversion of an existing sunroom off the master bedroom, that we want converted into an ensuite. The sunroom is 3.55m by 2.05m. Approx 3.65 square metres. It is currently underutilised and has the best views from the house. We believe that by turning it into an ensuite we will enjoy the views every day. All plumbing will need to be located to this room and we need to change windows. I have included some images/photos of the room that I created on a 3D internet application. They are not exact but will give you an impression of the proposed layout. We want the room fully tiled, with shower, toilet and vanity. We would like the shower to be screened with a wooden slatts - reminiscent of mid-century design (Is that possible given it is a wet area?). We are seeking quotes to take to the bank in the initial phase. We also have the main bathroom we would like priced up as well. We do not have formal plans at this stage.
