We will be stripping the toilet room and starting again. We want a new toilet, new gib & insulation on external wall, vanity, taps, tiles, lighting, flooring, insulation. We would prefer a jack of all trades if possible, otherwise we need a plumber, plasterer, tiler, electrician, and flooring person.
