Reno for small bathroom

Strip out current bathroom fittings, replace with new toilet, floating slimline vanity with anti fog mirror , heated towel rail, new shower divider wall, shower tray or tiled shower floor, new wall linings and tiles. Replace HWC with slimline and build new cupboard for it. Add extraction fan and change position of taps for washing machine I have done drawings of where I would like things to go.
